Our terms and conditions largely depend on the type and condition of the property to be managed. Our experts start by viewing the property with the owner. We then make our calculations based on a joint analysis of the managed property and the aims and requirements of the owner.

The service we propose is therefore tailor-made to meet the needs of the property and the owner. This includes both commercial and technical administration. The owner can, of course, combine different management contracts with us as well as defining the length of contract.
